TERMS OF SERVICE

Artist's Rights

1. I reserve the right to refuse and/or terminate a commission.
2. I will not continue working on the commission until the remaining 40% of payment is fully processed.
3. I will understand that the client has fully read and accepted these Terms of Service if they open and continue a commission.
4. I own the rights to the commission and reserve the right to use it as an commission example.

Payment

1. All payments are via Paypal.
2. Prices and examples are subject to change on both Instagram and this carrd. In the instance of complex character designs (e.g. Hoyoverse, Wuthering Waves, Elden Ring, etc.), a 15% additional charge will be included if I accept the commission.
3. 60% of the payment is expected after we confirm all references.
4. Remaining 40% of the payment is expected after the final sketch is confirmed.
5. No refunds.**If I cannot complete the commission, I will communicate with you for refunding payment. Full refunds are available during the sketch stage. Partial (40%) refunds are available after the final sketch is confirmed. If requested, I will also send what I have completed.

Client's Rights

1. Max of 2 revisions can be given before final sketch is confirmed.
2. Commissions are for personal use only. For business use, please contact [email protected] for separate pricing and terms.
3. If the commission will take more than 2 weeks to complete, you will receive 1 WIP/2 Weeks.
4. You have the right to refuse me sharing/posting of the commission, and I will oblige.
5. You have the right to repost the commission with proper credit to me (via a working link to this site or tag my Instagram account @smore.ty)
